DESCRIPTION:Pay in three instalments\n\nUsing the historic photographic pro
 cess of cyanotype you will be guided by Jill Welham to create a selection 
 of beautiful botanical images on paper and fabric. This course will teach 
 you how to make traditional blue and white photograms and how to tone your
  images to change the background colours. \n\nJill will then guide you th
 rough the exciting experimental process of wet cyanotypes\, creating botan
 ical images that appear to float on the surface with a range of colours\, 
 tones and textures. This process produces some wonderful loose and abstrac
 t compositions and encourages you to be less controlled and accept serendi
 pity in your work.\n\nThese techniques will then be transferred to creatin
 g cyanotypes on fabric where you will be guided to create your own unique 
 piece of fabric art. Jill will introduce you to the basic technique to tur
 n your piece of fabric into a beautiful lampshade.\n\nThis 3-day course is
  suitable for complete beginners or those with some experience. \n\nHighl

 ess of traditional cyanotypes. \n\nExperiment: Extend your skills to prod
 uce more fluid and abstract images using the wet cyanotype technique.\n\nC
