DESCRIPTION:Do you feel stuck\, sad\, judgemental or angry about your creat
 ive expression? Perhaps you feel all of this.\n\nTake heart and come to Fl
 ow without Fear and be truly encouraged.\n\nAcknowledging our fears and di
 sappointment in ourselves is the backdrop to making free with lovely water
 -based paint\, charcoal\, ink\, pastel\, pencil and even collage. It's ast
 onishing what can appear when we trust what is ready to appear from our un
 conscious mind. In this winter session\, we make gorgeous\, joyful marks\,
  mixing media and seeing what happens when we lose our wish for perfection
 .\n\nWe will be inspired by found interior objects such as patterned fabri
 cs\, flowers\, ceramics and art books\, seeing how we use our expressive m
 arks to create this interior landscape. My tutoring approach is to react t
 o you all individually\, just as you are in your own creative expression\,
  in that moment on that day.\n\nI don't have any expectations\, therefore 
 no judgement\, just encouragement.\n\nI know from experience it’s all ab

 than 10 years\, I work with people of all ages and stages\, from young chi
 ldren to older adults\, many of whom feel grief and anxiety about repressi
 ng their innate creativity. I love to assist in the freeing of this creati
 vity within. I combine my own self-employed working artist practice with t
 eaching and leading out what is profound within us all. I am a trained the
 rapeutic counsellor which means I extend empathy and compassion to those b
 ravely showing their vulnerability. I know how it feels! I was the first a
 rtist in residence at Stirling Castle for Historic Environment Scotland an
 d exhibited with several commercial galleries.
