SUMMARY:Light\, Shadow and Shape in Watercolour Landscape
DESCRIPTION:Giving shape to the landscape using light!\nWe’ll be painting
  the famous Bow Fiddle Rock on a sunny day\, surrounded by bright blue sea
 s. Rob will show you how to form and shape the rock and cliffs using sunli
 ght and shadow in his characteristically colourful style to give a beautif
 ul and realistic image.\nThe day course is aimed at beginners to watercolo
 ur or those who have some previous experience with the medium but would li
 ke to improve their techniques. We will work through the painting in a ste
 p-by-step way\, with Rob demonstrating each step then helping and encourag
 ing you to paint the same step before moving on to the next. In this way\,
  you’ll learn a lot about watercolour techniques through the day while h
 aving a lot of fun with like-minded people and hopefully taking away a bea
 utiful and colourful painting!\n\n 	\nMaterials included\n\n 	\nLight refr
 eshments provided but please bring along a packed lunch\n\n\nAbout your tu
 tor\nAfter 25 years as a military pilot\, Rob rediscovered his passion: wa
 tercolour painting. Self-taught in watercolour\, he now focuses on capturi
 ng the beauty of light and form. His art centres on nature\, free from any
  strict rules. Rob paints not just subjects\, but the captivating essence 
 of light. The watercolour’s luminous quality is used boldly to uniquely 
 captures nature’s colours. Embracing spontaneity\, each stroke brings li
 fe\, offering no second chances. Rob enjoys the unpredictability\, finding
  satisfaction in the first brushstroke on a blank canvas. He also enjoys t
 eaching watercolour skills to others and having fun while doing it!
