 ring the busy festive season and create with Watercolours? If so give your
 self permission to slow down with a Winter Watercolour Foliage and Florals
  taster session\; the perfect opportunity to indulge in the beauty and mag
 ic of this glorious medium\, whilst creating the most beautiful seasonal b
 looms and leaves. The class will include a demonstration\, an overview of 
 supplies\, an exploration of hues/values and types of brushholds. You will
  try some basic techniques to enhance your brushwork for painting both flo
 wers and foliage\; including wet on wet\, pulling and drybrushing. Practis
 e painting a Winter floral composition or wreath with skills learned. Abou
 t Lucy: I’m Lucy\, a creative based in Moray and I have a lifelong passi
 on for Art and Design. At school Art (particularly painting) and Textiles 
 were my favourite subjects. After completing an Art Foundation Course I we
 nt in to study Textile Design (BA Hons Textile Design\, Nottingham Trent U
 niversity). Recently\, I had the opportunity to really focus in on my pass
 ion for Watercolour painting. I refreshed my skills via classes online and
  joined artists' communities. I developed a daily Watercolour practice and
  found it so satisfying to paint both floral pieces and landscapes/seascap
 es. My work began to flourish and I began selling my art online and locall
 y. I started sharing my knowledge by leading a couple of workshops in my l
 ocal area and I love sharing what I’ve learned!
