MORAG RAMSAY

Morag Ramsay is originally from Forres, a graduate in Modern Languages and History from Edinburgh and Glasgow universities who has lived and worked in France, Spain and, for many years, in Glasgow. She is a French, Spanish and TEFL translator, teacher and lecturer with over 30 years experience in international events and education. She presents a monthly radio show on Radio Buena Vida in Glasgow, promoting new grassroots music, supporting the live music scene across Scotland. She is a keen photographer and has been a member of the board of Street Level Photoworks in Glasgow for many years. Her other interests include contemporary art, creative writing, walking and cycling. She is currently working on a project focusing on part of the extensive Shetland Museum photo archive; the early 20th century photography collection belonging to her great grandfather, R H Ramsay.
