A deeply moving new exhibition, “Joe’s Journey to the Apple Tree: Children’s Art of Love and Loss,” will open at the Moray Art Centre, on Sunday 12th April at 2:30pm with a launch event in the gallery to which all are welcome.
Created by children from across the North of Scotland including Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Angus, Dundee, Perth & Kinross, Moray and the Highlands, this exhibition offers a rare and powerful insight into how young people experience, express and begin to live with grief.
The exhibition has been carefully curated by support workers from The Archie Child Bereavement Service, who have worked alongside children and families navigating loss.
