In this workshop students will learn how to create tonal values using black ink and ordinary household bleach, the importance of light and contrasts in a painting. We will give the still life a twist by adding squares or circles into the painting by shifting the tones, giving it a more modern look.

ABOUT YOUR TUTOR
South African artist, Leonora de Lange, has a B.A. Fine Arts Degree, a T.T.H.D., and has been teaching art for nearly 20 years.
She is a member of the Watercolour Society of S.A. and has exhibited extensively worldwide, including Tasmania, Moscow, South Africa, the USA, the UK, Bangladesh and Canada. Leonora relocated to Lossiemouth, Scotland (January 2022), on a Global Talent Visa endorsed by the National Arts Council of the UK.
