This weekend workshop will look at how to draw and paint directly in the landscape using a variety of techniques and specialised equipment from sketchbooks to plein air easels.
Depending on the weather we will look at how to develop studies and sketches done on location and how to develop/work them up in a studio environment.
We will also look at a variety of artists who work directly from the landscape to get inspiration and understanding from their approach.
